🧁 Crochet Cupcake

🧵 Materials

  • Beige yarn (cupcake base)

  • Pink yarn (frosting)

  • Small scraps of colorful yarn (sprinkles)

  • 3.0 mm crochet hook

  • Stuffing

  • Yarn needle

🔻 Cupcake Base (Beige)

  1. Foundation: Magic ring, 6 sc.

  2. Round 2: inc each st (12).

  3. Round 3: sc, inc repeat (18).

  4. Round 4: 2 sc, inc repeat (24).

  5. Round 5–7: sc around (24).

  6. Round 8: 2 sc, dec repeat (18).

  7. Round 9: sc around (18). 👉 This creates the cup shape. Stuff lightly.

🍓 Frosting (Pink)

  1. Attach pink yarn to top of base.

  2. Round 1: sc around (18).

  3. Round 2: shell stitch edge (5 dc in same st, skip 1, sl st in next).

  4. Round 3: sc around to secure frosting. 👉 This gives a wavy frosting effect.

✨ Sprinkles

  • Use small scraps of colorful yarn.

  • Embroider short straight stitches randomly on frosting.

🎀 Finishing

  • Weave in all ends neatly.

  • Embroider a small smile with black yarn.

  • Add blush cheeks with pink yarn for kawaii style.
