🧶 Crocodile Crochet Pattern

Skill Level: Intermediate Yarn: Green, light yellow, and small amount of yellow for bow tie Hook: 2.5 mm or 3 mm Other: Safety eyes, stuffing, yarn needle

🪡 Body & Head

1. Start with green yarn.

   • Magic ring, 6 sc.

   • Increase rounds until 36 sc.

   • Work 10 rounds even for body length.

2. Shape the neck: decrease 4 stitches evenly.

3. Head: increase again to 42 sc, then shape snout by working 6 rows flat.

4. Add nostrils: small black stitches on top of snout.

5. Insert safety eyes between rounds 8 and 9.

🐊 Belly & Tail

1. Switch to light yellow yarn for belly.

2. Crochet flat oval panel (chain 12, sc around for 6 rounds).

3. Sew belly to body front.

4. For tail, continue green yarn from body end, decrease gradually every 2 rounds until closed.

5. Add small triangular spikes along back using teal yarn (chain 3, sc down each side).

🦶 Arms & Legs

1. Make 4 limbs in green yarn.

2. Each limb: magic ring 6 sc → increase to 12 sc → work 6 rounds even.

3. Add 3 white claws at ends using surface stitches.

4. Stuff lightly and sew to body.

🎀 Bow Tie

1. Chain 8, work 2 rows dc with yellow yarn.

2. Pinch center and wrap yarn around to form bow.

3. Sew under chin.

✨ Finishing Touches

• Embroider smile with black yarn.

• Add blush with pink thread or felt circles.

• Stuff firmly and close all openings neatly.
